"Beautiful and relaxing environment. Everyone was so friendly. I loved the attention and professional care received and especially Stella the resident dog, who gave me lots of love. If you are terrified of going to the dentist this is the place for you! You can relax and watch tv or listen to music while you are getting your teeth cleaned. I even got a lavender-scented hot towel to clean myself when I was done."

"Dr. Cash is everything you could ever want in a dentist - thorough, attentive, empathetic, gentle, a delight, and the list goes on. Tyler, Liza, + Olivia are the smiling faces (behind masks, of course) that I looked forward to seeing every few weeks during my Invisalign case. I'm kicking myself for not diving into Invisalign sooner - the process could not have been more (relatively) painless - but then I would never have met this group."

Advanced Technology

We have invested in the latest technology to provide you with the best possible level of care during your Invisalign treatment. In your initial exam, we use an advanced iTero scanner to create an interactive, 3D image of your mouth and teeth to begin the process of planning your treatment.

Compared to other methods of taking impressions you might see in other offices, such as using dental putty and trays, our iTero digital scanner is faster, more comfortable, and more accurate.

Dental Monitoring

In addition to our state-of-the-art iTero scanner, we have invested in the Dental Monitoring ScanBox. This device allows our team to monitor your treatment and check-in with you virtually. We can detect any misalignment in your treatment plan early, preventing any delays and producing a higher quality smile!

Without the use of Dental Monitoring, we would need to see you more frequently throughout your treatment, requiring more office appointments and more time taken from your daily life. We proudly offer this to our Invisalign patients to allow you to live your life without interruption, and check-in from the comfort of your home.

Local Dentistry, With Heart.

Dr. Lindsay Cash

Dr. Cash has been drawn to dentistry ever since she was young. She has always loved the idea of using durable, man-made materials to produce results that look completely natural. As a dentist, Dr. Cash is able to combine two of her greatest passions: medicine and art.

Dr. Cash earned her dental degree from the Medical University of South Carolina and went on to finish her residency at Palmetto Health. She is passionate about lifelong learning and attends advanced continuing education courses across the country from top quality providers. She has taken many courses at the SPEAR center for advanced dental education in Scottsdale, Arizona. Additionally, Dr. Cash has obtained her Fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry; a distinguishment that less than 6% of dentists in the US and Canada have obtained.

Dr. Cash always knew she would start her own practice because she wanted an opportunity to go above and beyond for her patients. This means using the highest quality materials and technology for a more comfortable and longer-lasting treatment. It means using master ceramists based in the US for prosthetic work and sending a series of high resolution photos for precise color matching. And it means taking the time to explain techniques and treatment options to patients instead of rushing through their exams.

Have Questions About Invisalign?

Find Answers Here

If you have minor or moderate orthodontic issues, you are likely a good candidate for treatment with Invisalign. So long as your mouth is free of any oral health issues like gum disease or tooth decay, you will probably be eligible to proceed with treatment. However, Invisalign is not for everyone. Severe orthodontic issues may not be able to be addressed with Invisalign. In these cases, we usually recommend treatment with traditional metal or ceramic braces as they can provide more powerful results. To find out about your options for orthodontic treatment, schedule your consultation today!

While Invisalign trays look very similar to night guards and mouthguards, we do not recommend that you use Invisalign as a nightguard. The clear plastic trays are designed to gently shift your teeth, not protect them. If you grind your teeth at night, we may recommend that you get a night guard to protect your teeth and go with traditional braces instead of Invisalign. If you wear your aligners at night and notice that they are becoming cracked or worn down, this may be a sign that you are grinding your teeth at night. This will affect your treatment so be sure to let your doctor know right away if you think you might be grinding your teeth.

The cost of treatment with Invisalign is usually comparable to the cost of traditional braces. Every case is different, though, so it’s important to discuss your budget with your doctor. During your consultation, your doctor will consider multiple factors including your needs, your lifestyle, and your budget before helping you decide which treatment to proceed with.

Invisalign aligners are nearly impossible to see when wearing them. This is because they are made out of clear plastic and are perfectly fit to your smile. Your trays will be custom-made trimmed to fit to your gum line for a more seamless look. Plus there are no metal brackets or wires, so you can feel confident in your smile throughout treatment. However, if you eat or drink with your aligners in, they could become stained, making them more visible.

These clear aligners are designed onto a mold of your teeth. A lab technician will apply layers of a photo-sensitive liquid resin to this custom mold. Next, the technician will expose this resin to a laser, curing it into a hard, yet flexible, thermoplastic. This plastic is called SmartTrack®, and it was created exclusively for Invisalign treatment. It’s FDA-approved and contains no BPA, BPS, latex, or gluten.
